THE AIRLINE
• Sky Europe is the leading low-cost low-fare airline in Central & Eastern Europe. It is the biggest carrier in Slovakia, fifth biggest in Austria and third in the Czech Republic.
• SkyEurope Airlines operates flights on 91 routes in 19 European countries with four main bases in Vienna, Bratislava, Prague and Kosice.

• By operating 15 brand new Boeing 737-700 Next Generation aircrafts with an average age of 18 months SkyEurope ensures high comfort and minimizes environmental impact. The fleet will grow to 32 Boeing 737-700 NGs by 2011.

THE MAGAZINE
• SkyEurope magazine is produced by Ink Publishing, the world’s leading inflight publisher.
• The magazine is the only form of onboard entertainment and provides a captive audience. There are no distractions from mobile phones, TVs or radios.
• SkyEurope magazine is a bi-monthly, dual language (English/Slovak), 116 page glossy travel and lifestyle publication, placed in every seatback, on every flight.
• The magazine focuses on events, holidays, travel and destinations. It includes interviews, photo stories, art, architecture, hotels, restaurants, and lifestyle.
• Divided into three main sections – Check-in, Departures and Arrivals, the magazine contains a broad range of reading material, from small, snappy reviews to full-length features.
• Every issue contains features on three bases – Prague, Vienna and Bratislava.
• Sections and features all motivate passengers to book their next holiday – while providing valuable, up-to-the-minute information on their current trip.
• The magazine features unique city guides on every SkyEurope destination written by locals in-the-know.
• The magazine is the passenger’s personal copy to take away and is available in full online.

MATERIAL DEADLINES
ART SPECIFICATIONS:
• Formats: Our preferred format is high resolution PDF files which should be supplied to the correct ad size as CMYK with fonts embedded and all elements set to 300dpi.
• Other formats: Quark Xpress, Adobe In Design, Illustrator and Photoshop. We cannot accept responsibility for any unwanted results from artwork originally generated in any other programs.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CORAL DRAW, MICROSOFT WORD, POWER POINT or FREEHAND FILES.
• Images: Image files can be supplied as TIF, EPS or JPG set to 300dpi.
DELIVERY METHODS:
• Email: Ads sent via email must not exceed 10MB. Files should be compressed into a Stuff it file, Zip file, or self extracting archive. Please send to your production contact.
• Post: CD Rom with colour proofs to INK Production, 141-143 Shoreditch High Street, London E1 6JE. CDs will not be returned unless specifically requested. We cannot accept responsibility for any printing errors if no proof is supplied.
• Ftp Transfer: All files over 10MB must be uploaded onto our FTP site. Please log on using the following protocols:
